I secretly have a deep abiding love for Mr. Jones. Not so secret that it is on my iPod, but enough that if it is playing at Wallgreens & I am done with my shopping, I will head down aisle 4 to browse canned goods or nail polish or the seasonal section.

Now, keep in mind that I’ve also enjoyed a bit of a capella in my day. Blame it on New England. Blame it on Smith College. Blame it on my love of fresh-faced students in matching blazers.

But you know what? The two at the same time? Not so good.
