A radio show from 1998 about the Internet is likely chock full of gold.
This is one of my favorite This American Life episodes. Hearing Ira Glass get giddy as a schoolgirl over the “World Wide Web” hullabaloo is truly delightful. Also, there are a few sordid tales of Microsoft after-hours trysts. Not to be missed.
