• Me: I have to go to a meeting for my 401K. I know nothing about financial planning.
• Fred: Just put tons of money in!
• Me: But I want to spend all of my money on fanciful things
• Me: like an indentured servant to separate the marshmallows from the whole grain in my Lucky Charms.
• Fred: Think of a 401K as something you can spend your money on and in exchange get a warm fuzzy feeling.
• Me: Well, that's not quite as good, but I suppose it will work.
