Every now and again my brain will fire off a vague memory of Dave’s Soda and Pet City. It was located next to the Target I frequented in college. You are most likely trying to make sense of such an odd name, but really, that’s all there is. The man sells moderately priced soda and pet supplies. In Dave’s crazy city, soda and pets rule.
