Movements, Both Bowel and Otherwise

Five weeks until graduation and I’m feeling a little on the Crohn’s Disease side of life. After calling my lovely GI, Dr. L, yesterday morning in a frenzy, he assured me that we’d both survive these next few weeks come hell or high water. Then he upped my medication and told me to call him in two weeks. At least we have our priorities straight. When I calculate how much medication I actually ingest on a daily basis, it boggles my mind why my insides aren’t happy. The Sulfasalazin alone is enough to make thousands of colons smile. Over the past year I’ve ingested 260 grams of the stuff, and that’s just one medication. Any other type of substance and I’d be living la vida Lohan by now.

Moving on.

You’d love to hear something exciting, wouldn’t you? Would you be satisfied with long-overdue photographs from Seattle? Would it excite you to hear that I’ve at last found a prospective living space that’s not a cardboard box? I knew it.

My future workspace if I can’t manage to find a job with health insurance quick.

This photograph sums up the entirety of my vacation whilst on the road between Bellingham and Seattle. Driving service courtesy of D.

We had enough time to go bowling with the wonderful Carol, who had enough time to mock me from the sidelines as I attempted to break 100 while utilizing the bumpers.
